Where to start and what are the steps?
We can discuss this in detail however in a nutshell the process of buying is as follows:
1. Contact me and tell me what kind of property you want to have, location etc.
2. We get a mortgage pre-approval; as a former banker I can help you with this
3. We start the fun of finding a property based on your criteria and budget
4. Once found, I will help you draft an offer and negotiate on your behalf.
5. Lastly, I help you with the fulfillment stage (buyer’s visits, conditions, coordinating with the lawyer and the mortgage specialists etc) until the day that you get your keys!
